Leo and Leah met in 2012 while working together in Albany, NY at WB Mason. It was then their love story began......
First comes love...
After a few years of dating they decided to tie the knot with a big celebration at Franklin Plaza in Troy, NY
Housing Search
After the big wedding the newly married couple reached out to let me know they were ready to begin their search for a home in the Capital District in 2017. While searching for a few months they realized that the timing was not right and they wanted to save for another year.
Party of Three
When we reconnected at the end of 2018 to start the search again we had added a new member to the team. Meet Landyn- sweet, beautiful and ready for a home to call her own! Now more than ever it was time to find the Primeau's their home that they would raise their new daughter in.
Offer Accepted
The search was underway and within just a few short weeks they were ready to submit an offer. The house went into a multiple offer bidding war and we came out on top for the win!
Closing Time
It is always my pleasure to serve clients who are also friends. Leah and I had attended Colonie Central High School and I thoroughly enjoyed reconnecting through this experience and meeting her new family.
